Pros
Products are good and compete well against Cisco. Good/best sales people work thier tails off and get good starts - then support fails them.
Cons
The best sales people have left and newer/good ones leave every quarter. Always working on single quarter smaller deals vs. longer term large strategic deals. End-result is no one makes great money. Channels are still weak and no one seems to fix.
