Pros
Great people in the Minnesota office. Decent pay and benefits.
Cons
Leadership primed the company for sale by leaning out every organization to bare bones, as well as out sourcing. With Broadcom buying the SAN business and everything else being sold off to the highest bidder, who knows what will become of "Brocade". It's sad to see a company be victim of a sellout. Hopefully the IP side stays as one piece.
