Pros
Great co-workers and generally great ground level to middle management. The wages are pretty good, and the benefits are ok. For DC networking, Brocade is quite good.
Cons
401k match was cut in half a year or two ago with no notification to employees. Senior level to executive level management does not seem to have a firm understanding of our industry segment which has translated into only moderate advances in our technology. They seem to understand running a business well, but not the more specific aspects of running a great network product portfolio. We always seems to be one step behind our two biggest competitors as a result. Also, there is a lot of uncertainty around the acquisition of our IP business. I don't fault the management for this, but it has had a negative impact on morale and sales cycles.
