Suppressive work environment; San Jose centric; actions do not match words - Anonymous employee Brocade Employee Review

Very bureaucratic. Promotions and recognition is limited to those who are in their headquarters in San Jose. The company will suck the blood, sweat and tears out of you and does not give credit where credit is due. The only way to get promoted is if you know the "right" people. Senior leaders are fake and not trustworthy, especially HR.
