Pay is significantly below industry standards. Management lacks direction and often seems disconnected from day-to-day operations. There’s a high level of employee turnover, which contributes to a lack of continuity and stability. Most positive reviews appear to be from interns, not long-term employees. Culture surveys are regularly conducted, but nothing substantial changes as a result.
