The broker is very helpful and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to all forms of internet marketing. Having an in house short sale negotiator, transaction coordinator, as well as a property manager gives you the resources to diversify your real estate business.
Cons
If you are looking for a company with a strong "culture" this is not the place for you. It is commission only residential real estate sales however so that may be expected.
