      Terrible management Racism Terrible Communication Not enough hours Always short staff The new human resource staff are terrible Terrible CEO - doesn't know much of how to run a business and is all talk, doesn't even know his employees besides the ones in his office. Employees are rude

      Money is the only reason to work there

      Cons

      Constant turnover in this position (4 people in 3 years) shows that company doesn't know what they want, Manager is delusional thinking they are a 55 yo tik tok star, multiple turnover in leadership, HR doesn't protect employees, just company.
