Pros

Good benefits, remote work, internet reimbursement, and home office stipends.

Cons

If you're reading this review, you might have some questions. You might be asking yourself: why does a company that's existed since 2015 have so few Glassdoor reviews? Especially given its rate of employee turnover? Perhaps you're asking yourself why the reviews that *do* exist are so suspiciously similar, and why they're all from the exact same time period (January 2022)? Maybe you're wondering if Broadlume is an honest company that takes care of its employees, or precisely the opposite? And, if the latter were true, what would life be like working at that sort of place? What types of toxic, manipulative, and exploitative behavior might employees be subjected to on a daily basis? So many questions you could ask.

Pros

Broadlume (and presumably now Cyncly) has the best benefits in the industry. There is no question about this.

Cons

My biggest frustration with Broadlume (now Cyncly) is their focus on cost-cutting over quality. They prioritize saving money on their end rather than investing in strong customer service, effective advertising strategies, and overall value for their clients. Clients were consistently frustrated by performance, and I understand why. At the end of the day, they simply don't strive for excellence. They don't have the bandwidth.
