People is nice in general

Extremely inefficient internal communication. it takes weeks or even months to get things done when you need something from other departments. Leaving messages on Teams read without replying seems to be part of the company culture. Don’t expect HR to provide any benefits by default; you have to request them yourself and push hard to get them

Great colleagues, everybody feels part of a team and contributes actively to the success of the company, salary is very good, great family events.

Staff has the feeling to get more and more work load with no salary evolution nor new employees, no real communication with the management nor evolutions.
