Pros

when the "managers" where doing the cult like chanting and clapping to fire up their sales team, the sales team seemed to believe their nonsense.

Cons

100% commission based job. based on you ability to sell door to door what ever they are selling at the time from all of the "fortune 500 companies" they work for. and according to the guy who interviewed me they too were a "fortune 500 company" as well. they seemed to like to say "fortune 500" a whole bunch. they are looking for managers, but you first have to go through the 4 levels of the company before you can become a manager. even if you have extensive managerial experience.

Pros

You're given an opportunity to learn, make mistakes and correct yourself. There's no micro management

Cons

No watering hole, and I arrangement with a parking lot will go a long way.

Pros

Managers are great at first. So are the co-workers but then you realize everyone is full of it

Cons

The managers are always gossiping and are big liars. They promise you things they'll never deliver. You think this is a real Customer Service job, dealing with people on the phone .. NO. ITS A SALES JOB. You work a full time job to pretty much get paid like part time. You can tell the receptionist has to play stupid in order not to answer anyone's questions regarding the position. The HR uses the same lines for everyone , just changes the words around to make it seem as though you're getting a job that isn't door to door or commission based. They go buy many names such as Hudson Executives, Broad Spectrum Publicity and some other stolen name. I had to go door to door in the heat , in the cold , it didn't matter. But it's just commission. Might as well go work at McDonalds or Popeyes. You get paid more I promise.
