As the team expands, optimizing office space to better accommodate everyone would enhance comfort and productivity. There’s also an opportunity to further strengthen the practical application of ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and Agile practices—ensuring they evolve alongside the organization. Lastly, improving cross-team collaboration through clearer communication and shared accountability can lead to more seamless, satisfying outcomes.
