      Pros

      Very happy and excited to work for BRO4U. Its been 6 months and I never felt I'm working for some employer. Have complete freedom on my roles and responsibilities and can do anything and everything that benefits organization and its employees. Our purpose of improving workplace engagement underpins everything we do at BRO4U. It's great to work with so many inspiring, innovative and like-minded people that really care. In a startup there are a lot of career opportunities for those who work hard and truly live Best Companies' values. The culture makes this workplace full of friendly and approachable colleagues with can-do attitudes.

      Cons

      Not so great for those who like a lot of structure and don't like change - it's a fast paced ever-evolving workplace however we are improving on it.

      *natural and friendly environment *homely Feel to work *location is Quite fantastic and Near by to metro region of rajajinagar *inspiring CEO and inspirational team

      Cons

      *along with beverage food and snacks would have been great *along with dayshift rotational shift would have been great *only one day week off

      Work life balance, Work pressure, unrealistic timelines at times BUT this is what one signs up for when joining a start up .
