I can’t really think of any

-Fast interview process -Will hire based on general admin experience

-Almost no real training provided, especially for employees new to property management -Extremely micromanaging environment -Asking questions is viewed as a weakness rather than part of learning -Trainer was unprofessional and used humiliation instead of coaching -Quizzes/tests were used to set employees up to fail, not to help them improve -Feedback was vague and scripted with no clear expectations or improvement plan -High level of workplace drama and unprofessional behavior -Not a supportive environment; company expects you to “figure it out” with little guidance
