Pros

The location is great. Metro accessible. Lots of lunch options just a quick walk away. Product is ok.

Cons

The management team is terrible. The CEO is horrible. Honestly, what kind of a CEO has the time to get into cat fights on Glassdoor? What kind of CEO actually has time to do so? The CEO says he cares about his people. No. Incorrect. He cares about what people say and think about him. He cares only about his ego. He spends more time obsessing about Glassdoor reviews than fixing all the problems Brivo has. One review made me LOL. The accounting person that said they wished they never left (left to move to CA). This person left Brivo TWO, TWO years ago! This is how deep Brivo is digging to get positive reviews posted every time a negative one pops up. Pathetic. To the CEO: You're so vain, and yes this post is about you. You're so vain! You're so vain!

Pros

-Innovative Tech -Meals 3/4 times a week

Cons

-Everyone at the VP level or above basically just shuffles from meeting to meeting all day and offers very little support to the rest of the team actually doing the work. -Sales Targets are a joke and are unobtainable by the LARGE majority. (Think APPROXIMATELY above 70%) Don't expect OTE....even if you are good at what you do. -Sales commissions are complex, and if the customer cancels their subscription up to 12 months later...the company will take your commission back! -Commissions are opaque. Despite of asking for a written breakdown on commission calculations for nearly 40 pay periods...management will only not provide one. You literally have no idea what you earned, if it's correct, or if you're being paid fairly.
