Free parking with ample of space in office environment

Cons

Bali style building, messy with high ceiling, low light density. Management with no direction, all in prefer of the owner. Treated staff to be contribute 120% more with own spare time even weekend without any compensation. Low employee benefits.

Pros

Good experience and exposure, colleagues were great. Learned a lot about industry.

Cons

Manager mood swing, body shame staffs, bullying, judging about staffs personal choice, shouting and screaming all the time at staffs. Not peaceful even for 1 day. Extremely toxic work environment. Have to take on multiple roles, very stressful. Very low salary, no bonus. CEO Racist during interview. No work life balance, cause trauma. Nightmares even after leaving the job.
