Pros
- Really Nice venue that was always clean
- Friendly people, seems like moral was high
- great training opportunities
- Free snacks and really nice coffee making machine
Cons
- Felt like my role was restrictive, didn't like clocking in and out and having my rota managed (this was just my department)
- Salary isn't great, it's better for entry level staff, it was ok for a the short run.
- Quite a loud office and distractive atmosphere, sometime management didn't seem professional with their comments, and some micromanaging happened.
