Pros
High Energy - Results oriented entrepreneurial environment with emphasis on healthy client relationships. Casual attire and occasional flexibility to work from home if needed due to bad weather, appointments etc. Since the target market is typically local clients there is minimal travel required. Great bonus structure where you earn your bonus.
Cons
Small 401k match % and expensive benefits because it is a small company. Challenging to share knowledge and build relationships with fellow colleagues because most time is spent on-site with the clients.
