Pros
My coworkers were the best part of working at ASA - all people I respected greatly and enjoyed working with. Good job on the part of management to develop these good teams. Opportunities for advancement. Great benefits. Convenient downtown location. I always felt good about the work I did and that the company did.
Cons
- Layoffs - Changes to business direction (though this is also a pro as it means company is responsive to industry changes and looking to fill current/future needs)
