Pros
BriteLab is loaded with hardworking, intelligent people who have vast experience and understanding in the semiconductor and automation fields. Their work processes are very organic and everyone works together to accomplish the company’s goals. The people are also very kind and friendly.
Cons
The company is very too heavy in terms of management and has core costs that make it next to impossible to be profitable. Their pay and benefits are very poor in comparison to similar companies. They always have more work than they can handle forcing people to either work 70 hours a well or always be late delivering to customers.
