Pros
Working remotely has been a game changer. It increased my productivity and lowered my stress level, and now I feel happy. So, work-life balance is there. To all of you nonbelievers, working remotely is the best! No more commuting! What is really wonderful about working here is the people. The team truly supports each other on every level. Great culture. 10/10. I feel included and respected, which is super rare to find.
Cons
Relatives created this company and made some mistakes. New management was put in place, and it didn't make everyone happy. The new management is very much respected and great at their jobs.
