Demoralizing CEO, regular layoffs, constantly changing organizational structures that get changed again before they have a chance to work or not work, raises are not consistent or regular, disconnected teams, terrible product, outsourced HR because they couldn't keep HR people...processing the mass layoffs kept burning them out. They also encouraged new staff to write positive reviews on here.
