Pros
BriteCore is part of what seems to be a minority of employers that genuinely care about all of their employees. There is a strong emphasis on work-life balance, and leadership does their best to give everyone a voice. BriteCore is also a place where there will always be new problems to solve. There is never a dull moment, and things are always shifting and adapting. BriteCore rewards loyalty and hard work. The culture here is one of self-driven high-performers. This does NOT mean that we all work ourselves to the bone. It means we self-manage and get good work done. You can trust your coworkers to do their part while you focus on yours.
Cons
Sometimes the constant shifting and adapting can be exhausting. While it is great to have new challenges, some of the challenges we face are not fun technical challenges, but process or organizational challenges. I believe that some of them might be alleviated if we allow for more stability in areas that are not our differentiators. We haven't hit a point of self-sufficiency (still relying on capital partners), and that ride can be a bit stressful at times. But I have high hopes that we'll continue to mature into a self-sustaining company in the next few years.
