Key Issues Noted • Leadership Accountability • Leadership tends to place blame on subordinates instead of taking responsibility. • Communication barriers exist due to overseas operations (Ukraine office). • High turnover in leadership (Operations Manager, HR, Maintenance). • Driver Manager Role • Driver Relation Managers are often blamed unfairly for issues. • Salary (~$46,599K ) does not reflect scope of responsibilities. • Required to handle both planner and DM responsibilities for 30+ drivers. • Title carries responsibility without matching compensation. • Process & Training Failures • Lack of proper due process in disciplinary actions. • Inadequate training programs. • Written up and terminated without fair process or coaching. • Promised 90-day review never happened despite multiple follow-up attempts. • Employee Loyalty & Morale • No loyalty to long-tenured employees (example: 12+ year veteran Operations Manager fired). • Numerous microaggressions from leadership, including managers discussing firing employees with drivers. • High stress and unfair practices leading to unjust firings. • Driver Treatment • Company fails to empathize with OTR drivers, treating them as tools instead of people. • Drivers are sometimes asked to compromise DOT shift clocks to complete loads. • Former drivers still report same problems to ex-employees, showing no real improvement. • Compensation & Communication • No follow-up on salary increase discussions. • Poor communication and lack of support at all levels.
