As the company continues to expand, there is always more opportunity that arises. You will be recognized for your hard work as long as you put in the effort. Promotions are earned regularly in all different positions. There is true collaboration amongst all departments as senior leaders’ visions are aligned. Overall, employees enjoy each others company - no matter what their positions are. Supervisors, including the President, and HR make you feel comfortable so that you can speak openly and honestly. All ideas are welcome!

You will be challenged, especially as the company expands. But with that, you will have the support of your colleagues and your supervisors. And you will learn…a lot!
