Criticised my appearance, extended my probation for no reason apart from , 'for me to gain experience' in a role I had been working in for 6 months only then to let me go. I was told it was 'frowned upon' to leave at the time stated in my contract and therefore stayed a half hour later every evening. Absolutely the worst management I have ever worked for.
