Pros
Many nice people still work here. Most in the office are friendly. There is a comradery that exists while trying to survive the toxic Amdocs environment until finding a new job. It's easy to work from home or work flexible hours as there aren't a lot of people in the office on a regular basis.
Cons
Since acquired by Amdocs, the company has been going downhill. Much of the original leadership left a year after that. Most of those that stayed on beyond then have left this year - all but 3 of the Sales team, Designers hardly stay 6 months, Head of Product gone and more Developers have left than I can count. Company strategy seems to be to do anything for a new sale. No new products being developed. There used to be a lot of innovation happening here, but all of that has stopped with Amdocs leadership. Much more micro-management these days, but likely result of new managers who aren't experienced enough for their roles. Quality is also going downhill as most of those with tribal knowledge are gone. Amdocs pay is low and process is hard to get a decent raise or bonus year after year.
