Pros
I LOVE working here. Bristlecone truly focuses on the employee's experience. Bristlecone invests in its people and is transparent about how to succeed here (SCM / AI expertise, client service, continued focus on learning, etc.).
If culture eats strategy, then Bristlecone is well-positioned for success.
Cons
Going through growth pains - but largely these are 'good problems' to have (e.g., hiring quickly to meet client demand while making sure there is a good cultural fit)
