Good job stability.

*Small company so CRA team handles a wide range of activities. * Like many smaller companies Internal processes are a work in progress. Have to be flexible and find solutions. *Base salaries are fair but not top tier.

Work life balance and compensation are good.

Aimless, erratic management. Completely untrustworthy and disrespectful to staff, and they seem oblivious to this.
