- Not a lot of time for holidays, but PTO is decent and increases each year you are with Brinton Vision.

Team members are hardworking and dedicated.

Cons

Extremely micromanaged environment with very little support for employees. Staff are monitored constantly, flexibility is minimal, and the culture often feels fear-based rather than educational or team-oriented. Employees are expected to wear many hats beyond their original role, including reception work, marketing responsibilities, and long-distance outreach tasks, while receiving entry-level pay. Management style can feel intimidating and overly critical at times. Concerns are often approached with suspicion instead of professionalism, which creates unnecessary stress and anxiety for employees who are otherwise hardworking and reliable. This office may work for people comfortable in a highly pressured environment, but many workers may leave feeling burned out, unsupported, and discouraged from the healthcare field altogether.
