Coming in as an entry level Geologist, I learned a lot in my couple of years there and was given freedom and guidance to try new things. The compensation is fair, the other staff are friendly, and benefits are great. Highly recommend this firm.

Industry-average compensation and benefits, good work/life balance, and no billability goals. Established client base with consistent workloads. Decent firm to gain some experience in; do not spend more than 1-2 years here before you move onto a "real" job.

Little to no opportunity for advancement, toxic "organized chaos" work environment, high employee turnover rate. Consistent reminders from upper management of your insignificance and expendability. Projects can be overly simplisic; great place to work if you do not want a challenge and just coast.
