Poor benefits Small company with little to no opportunity for progression Very little diversity Management plays favorites This company became WFH after Covid so most employees reside in South Carolina and hang out/know one another. It's difficult to form connections if you are outside of this area Entitled customers with misplaced anger towards BringFido vs. the hotels, you will speak to *several* extremely escalated customers on every shift. Poor website design that is not user friendly and breaks often which will make your job more difficult
