Here are some of our practices and policies that are in place: 1. To ensure a work-life balance, we have a 4 Day Work Policy along with continued Flexi Working. Given the business needs and current market climate, there are times when we are required to let go of the Flexi working / 4 day off. However, we ensure that our partners who stand with us during these stretched times and challenges, are duly benefited with Compensatory Offs and / or other perks when feasible. 2. To ensure every partner has a comfortable lifestyle, we offer packages that are upto or above the market cutoffs. Whenever Brimma’s business flourished, we have shared our profits with our partners. 3. We also have a commitment to our clients to ensure their ROI (Return on Investment) along with a Sense of Urgency that will enable their growth which in-turn enable Brimma’s growth. While we strongly believe and practice leading the team via the Scrum Model, times when there are deviations, we may have to do a closer monitoring to overcome risks, bottlenecks etc. 4. Under all conditions, such as the ongoing downtime in our Mortgage Domain, we have always stayed transparent with our partners. Even in the current challenged times, our CEO took a commendable decision of not to let go of people! As we continue to grow, one of our key drivers is to continually take feedback and find avenues to improve. We are open to all types of feedback as it helps us to have a 360degree view and help us identify our focus areas to become stronger as a tribe! This is US! This idea stems from one of the books I read (Belong by Radha Agrawal) Science says we need Dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin, and endorphins for happiness. - The CEO is such an enabler, you will always be motivated, be challenged, and constantly be recognized for all your efforts. This results in the dopamine hit and which will enable the individuals to push boundaries. - Team is filled with young and energetic engineers - you will always have a sense of belonging to boost serotonin levels - Everybody needs a hug, shoulder, and a mentor - you will get one. (Oxytocin) - Filled with fun at work for endorphins
