In my experience, there was limited support from senior management in resolving project management issues, even after repeated escalations. Unrealistic deadlines were often committed without consulting technical teams, resulting in excessive workload on team leads and engineers. Recognition was inconsistent, while accountability for project failures often fell disproportionately on employees. HR support for employee concerns was minimal, performance evaluations lacked transparency, and salary hikes were repeatedly delayed. I also witnessed employees being subjected to significant pressure during their notice period due to resource constraints. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing and worst work experiences in my career.

Pros

You typically don't have to interact with Brillio much; 99% of the time, I just work with the vendor company.

Cons

HR regularly requires vague, useless reviews and assigns mandatory trainings that are out-of-touch at best. Additionally, you have to access the company email through a windows VM; a drawn out process involving several MFA authentications just to check email. IT support rarely picks up unless you manage to escalate it with your manager/HR somehow.
