To be honest, I barely could find any advantage of working for Brilliant Engineering, Thus I have resigned after a short while due to: - I was insulted, a colleague wanted to have a row with me and more often than not I was treated rudely by the HR in front of the CEO who was my direct manager. All of these situations happened during the working hours. As an advice, read the contract carefully and ask dozens questions, whereas the firm’s mission and the contract’s band are unclear, The HR sees that as an advantage.
Cons
You will have the chance to deal with different people. They are too unique different. For instance, I was given wring info about the salary and the work location. What I have found was that the promised work location doesn't exist. One more thing, be careful of the HR’s pets.
