      Owner treats people like machines. Sometimes he will oil you up in order to get what he wants, but ultimately it is all about him.

      A great team of employees who work well together.

      Cons

      A horrible owner who controls and micromanages every aspect of the company. Berates and belittles employees on a regular basis and creates a feeling of fear in the atmosphere.
