Don't pacify us with food trucks or $25 gift cards. We bring out lunch any other day of the week, the food truck once in a blue moon means nothing. You don't offer sick days, we have to use PTO for everything. What if i just went on a trip and now used PTO , i have to come to work sick and risk every one else, allow an accruance of hours to use as a sick day SEPARATE from PTO or allot so may in a quarter. The medical that is offered is a little high for what it covers, the vision benefits decreased yet still paying the same amount. You have employees doing the work of 3 or more people and yet don't want to pay them for the work they do, but you appreciate us right?!?!?!?!?
