Pros

Free, daily lunches from around the area. Coffee station. Company parties. Happy hours. Smart, welcoming people. If you're a good engineer, you can work like 2 hours a day and still be better than the bottom 70%.

Cons

Boring tech, constant reorgs and layoffs, senior leadership is constantly shifting and changing which instills fear and bad morale into the company. Everyone has constant anxiety and wants to leave but feels stuck. This is due to private equity making it feel like we're doing poorly (we aren't). We keep hiring offshore engineers from India, when in reality, top engineers are constantly looking for work to do. Unprofessional, cliquey employees that gossip and do things that would give HR a heart attack.

Pros

The company occasionally provides complimentary lunches.

Cons

Leadership often appears disorganized, with inconsistent expectations and shifting priorities. The culture seems heavily influenced by favoritism, and employees outside of preferred circles frequently appear to face excessive micromanagement, public criticism, and heightened scrutiny, resulting in a fear-based environment rather than one focused on coaching and development. HR processes do not always appear transparent or consistent, making it difficult to view the department as a neutral resource when concerns arise. Together, these issues appear to contribute to low morale, elevated stress, and employee turnover.
