Pros

Free lunch, decent product - not really much else to say, but I need to fulfill Glassdoor's 5 word minimum policy.

Cons

Everything else. The review titled "Toxic work environment for sales & marketing" pretty much hits the nail on the head. In many of the CEO responses here, he counters negative reviews with useless stats on the retention rates of people within the company. What he fails to mention is that there is a core group within his personal group that run the business and that's how a few people have managed to stay with the company for so long. These same people, I'm sure, posted the glowing reviews about this company, because two stars would be overly generous here. The leadership at PS is the worst I have seen at any organization. Overall, the environment was extremely unprofessional, and to summarize, toxic for good people. Avoid at all costs.

Pros

The company occasionally provides complimentary lunches.

Cons

Leadership often appears disorganized, with inconsistent expectations and shifting priorities. The culture seems heavily influenced by favoritism, and employees outside of preferred circles frequently appear to face excessive micromanagement, public criticism, and heightened scrutiny, resulting in a fear-based environment rather than one focused on coaching and development. HR processes do not always appear transparent or consistent, making it difficult to view the department as a neutral resource when concerns arise. Together, these issues appear to contribute to low morale, elevated stress, and employee turnover.
