Pros

Health Benefits are definitely a pro at Brightree.

Cons

Compared to other companies that I have previously been employed by, Brightree BY FAR has the worst turnover rate that I have ever witnessed. It seems kind of strange to me that there have been a couple of reviews (From currently employed to formerly employed) recently that have called out the turnover rate, however, Brightree's response on Glassdoor is always - That's not true, we're only have a 7% turnover rate or something of the sort. That number must be in a lone department, and not the company as a whole because with the turnover that I have seen from the colleagues around me, it has been kind of ridiculous. I'm not sure why so many people are leaving, but if I had to make a guess, it would all boil down to the upper management of the employees. Maybe the Brightree response to this review will be the same as it is to all of the negative reviews on here. "With a growing technology company.. blah blah" OR "If you are afraid to roll up your sleeves and not do hard work... blah blah blah" OR "We will be the first to say that Brightree is not for everyone... blah blah blah" Nonetheless, I can't wait to see the Brightree response shut down everything I just say and deny what's going on/what's wrong with the company. Seems to be the common theme with only the negative reviews.

You can be assured that Brightree's CEO personally scrutinizes EVERY review so that we can reinforce the positives while working on the negatives. Glad you believe that we will continue to grow, and as you suggest, we will look in the mirror as we do so.

Pros

Work from home and one a cent increase towards the end of the year not a dollar but cents

Cons

It has become about hitting sales than actually fixing the internal issues within the company no it’s not a sales job but they actually give you a number that you must uphold and make everytime your on call so everytime a patient say no to supplies it’s like they want you to forcefully harass them on call and state the reason on why they should order never mind that folks in this economy on living to paycheck, can’t afford their insurance payment, or are out of job still don’t matter you have to make sure to let them know why it’s important to order plus with them not being able to keep people they have their offer overtime everyday while policing PTO it’s ridiculous handbook say you have two weeks in advance but since they can’t retain enough people now it’s gotten to the point t you must request PTO a month sometimes even three months you’ll either get denied or approve for partial which in your place on a waitlist it’s crazy sometimes I need mental days off cause this job does take you there especially with the rude callers and dumbfounding management also there’s no room to advance only way is to be a team leader and that’s the only way to get advanced other than that if you don’t wanna be a team leader, you’re stuck being in the same role that you were when you first got hired which sucks
