Pros
-The company has been around since the beginning of cannabis and even more so CBD. The collective knowledge is amazing and brand recognition in the industry is great for networking. -This is a start-up that is scaling quickly and has lots of opportunities to be a part of various areas of the business. -Great family-first mentality. They were there for me when I had medical issues and never looked at it as an issue. It felt amazing to know my employer had my back.
Cons
Being fully remote can have its negatives at times. The team makes sure to balance everyone's needs and connects regularly as a group.
