Pros

Work with clients with mental health difficulties can be an amazing motivator. It is a good feeling working with people of diverse lives. Good environment, cheerful. CEUS are available every month with weekly meetings.

Cons

Work can be difficult when management/supervisor are not good at communication or when supervisors change. It is a problem with this sector that there seems to be high turnover in employees and clients which made me feel a little insecure.

Pros

Dedicated to making sure proper feedback and information is provided to improve skills in the workforce. You are not made to feel undervalued or minimized, and I have learned that Brighter Future Health values all input, suggestions, and opinions. It is mentioned frequently that every person is a person of worth and should be treated with dignity and respect! Their words are also the values they live by and it is strongly felt within the company dynamic and culture. They are always striving to improve! There is also a great work-life balance and I feel they support and respect greatly! It's a family-run company, and you can tell they love and embrace family as the center of their universe, so they strive to ensure that they know your family is also important. Honestly, you are embraced like family if you work here!

Cons

The work can be difficult. It takes someone who has passion and is dedicated to stick with it!

People are valued and respected here. They listen and strive to help you improve in your job. They are dedicated and will often take time to ensure your concerns are validated and heard. The recent reconstruction of new supervisors has definitely helped and encouraged an uplifting and positive environment. Well done, Brighter Future Health!!

Cons

Working in behavioral health is hard, in general. You have to be committed and non-judgmental to enjoy the rewards of working in this field.
