Pros
Not the worst pay, decent bonus
Cons
I'm sure this could be a good place to work, but it's not. If you're not ready to drink the corporate kool-aid, lick boots, and compete with your teammates, don't work here. There is no culture, only passive aggression and micromanagement. You are a faceless productivity drone, and if you meet or exceed a goal they'll just move the goalposts. You'll rarely hear a "thank you" or "good job". They don't want to hear your ideas on how things could work better, and if you try to offer feedback from a customer on a platform feature or process, they'll tell you that you're just not delivering the value well enough. The product lags behind competitor products with bad UI. You'll be on calls all day long (but required to be in the open-plan office) with little time for the mountain of admin and follow-up work required. An exec told me that they don't want smart people to figure things out, they just want people to fall in line and do as they're told. Working 50+ hour weeks is the norm and expected. The CEO is known to yell at and belittle people. Very little room for growth or advancement, and middle managers are incredibly overworked as well. Even if they want to help you or make things better, they can't because they're buried under their own daily tasks and nobody above them actually wants to hear their ideas or feedback. Pay is decent but PTO is absolutely pathetic (no sick time at all), no 401k match (not even a single percent), and even if you do manage to take some time off you just work twice as hard before and after you go. No flexibility in schedule. This job will devour your life and then ask you for more.s
