      The previous manager was very patient and supportive, which made the work environment positive. However, this manager has since left the company.

      Cons

      The management is disorganized and often shows a lack of respect for employees. As an international worker, I felt exploited. Overtime work was openly demanded without consideration.

      1. You will learn a lot, in a very short amount of time. 2. You can get exposure to all aspects of stats & programming unlike at large corporations where they split up the responsibilities by sectioning the department. 3. Entry levels are welcome.

      Cons

      1. Lot's of work. Will most definitely require overtime on critical deliverables. 2. Sometimes you may feel like you are learning too much all at once.
