      consistent work one office great team okay management

      Cons

      wfh days rescinded, anyone within 50 miles has to show up to the main corporate office for collaboration, spontaneous innovation, mentorship, and increasing the cross team dynamic. it's evident of an out of touch CEO who does not care for the people that work for them.

      Good job and new manager has turned the place around.

      Cons

      1. Make you pay for take home company truck now used to be part of the job 2. Took away my managers sales bonus and he was not happy about it 3. All managers share a credit card for the entire branch 4. Bonuses are not what they used to be 5. Cuts are made company wide every quarter all to save Dales job and to show a shareholder profit yet the CEO makes millions with tones of bonuses and extras while little guys get crap pay
