Pros

They are a good place to kick start your career for a year, as long as you are planning to move on. And fast

Cons

This is a truly awful place to work unless you're a middle class white man. This company fosters an incredibly sexist and inappropriate environment for Women, boosting some only so they can say 'look, we empower women', while simultaneously holding others back. Sexual harassment and bullying are right at the core of his organisation. The CEO and leadership team turn a blind eye, but are often part of the problem. The heart of this horrible place is the CEO and the blame culture he fosters. Management live in fear for their jobs and so will do everything in their power to make sure they are not seen to be at fault. If you're a reasonable person (or a woman) and expect respect from your colleagues, BrightTALK is not for you.
