easy job for nurses some benefits, reliable help from other nurses if you need it, the clients most of them are awesome, helpful direct care staff
Cons
low pay no raises, ive been working here a year with no raise, management is horrible they do not listen to sfaff concerns, they cannot keep staff, high turnover rate
