Pros
Over all, a pretty easy job with lots of down time. Pay is good for LPNs.
Cons
Minimum wage pay for aides. This means 99% of aides who stay long term are more concerned with not actually having to do any work. There is a LOT of reverse racism and favoritism in this company. It is almost impossible for someone to get fired, assuming they are the correct race and have friends in management.
