      ResCare helps developmentally disabled adults learn everyday skills.

      Cons

      ResCare as a company is very good, the EduCare division in El Paso doesn't teach the skills I was trained to help clients learn. The home managers are overworked to the point of ridiculousness.

      The manipulation Pharmerica uses to ensure the compensation is not accurate! The market moved and the company didn’t, the benchmark is outdated but told verbatim "we are NOT a priority" The company prioritized cost control over market competitiveness
