Pros
Nothing, really. Just a paycheck at this point. I will not be giving my two weeks once I find a job that actually cares about me.
Cons
Pay more to weekend employees, rather then your workers that actually do work. Never enough staff. Manager putting their work on you. They are refusing to give the 5% COLA raise to employees. They are putting it towards driving millage even though not everyone uses their own cars. They are a shady company that DOES not care about the clients, they only care about their profit margins.
