All employees sharing a job title are paid the same under "salary equity," which is another way of saying we will not pay you for your experience or education. You have to clock in and out from your desk because you cannot be trusted to honestly account for your hours and work schedules are not flexible. It is made clear up front that there are two classes of workers - supervisors and nobodies. Managers are not highly skilled or well educated.
